Payment Options

Important Fields :

Recurring Cost Amount: Here you can add the Recurring cost. This cost will be invoiced automatically to the customer/clients in the interval you were given (daily, weekly,monthly,yearly).

1st Payment:

Here you can give the 1st payment from the customer/client. When you click the Create Invoice Button then this amount is invoiced, can send email.

Tabs :

Recurring Lines: Here you can see all the recurring invoices created by Software. Recurring invoices created based on the interval you were given. Recurring invoices created until reach the Rent End Date.

Vehicle Checklist Attachments

Checklist: Here is the checklist Tab. You can see there is an Attachments field. That field is for uploading the images or videos of the vehicle before the Car Rental Contract Starts. This give you benefits for verify any damages or repaired of the vehicle at the moment of return. If you need to add any damage cost, there is a Damage cost field for that.

Checklist For Tools

Checklist: Here you can include the Tools and Extra things given with the vehicle. Like Stepney tires, Hydraulic jacks. When you include a tool, that is active by default. At the moment of vehicle return, you can uncheck the tools that are absent. That unchecked tool cost will take as Tools missing expense. The total of the Tools missing expense and the Damage cost will be invoiced to the client when you tap the verify button under the Total cost. The Verify Button is just available when the Rental contract is at checking state..

Invoice & Expenses

Button :

Make Invoice: It makes a invoice for the 1st payment.

Force Checking: If the vehicle is returned before the end date, at that point we can physically change the condition of the agreement to checking state from running state.

Confirm: This button will seem just when the vehicle is at checking state. It shows up in the Checklist Tab under the Total expense.
