Can I modify support contact at any time?

Yes, you can. clients can switch to a different package if required. All they need to do is to give one month’s notice in writing to change and also the same if they want to cancel.

What happens if we do not use it?

A large a part of the on-site IT Network System & Software Service | Maintenance & Monitoring support and on-site hardware support contracts are preventative. we have a tendency to avoid expensive downtime through system overhauls and regular maintenance this means that although you call us out many times a year, you’ll still get value for cash.

Clients on our remote support contract have the peace of mind that there’s perpetually someone there when a problem happens. It provides you with professional IT support, without the requirement to employ somebody in-house.

What happens if we want help with one thing that’s not covered by our support contract?

If you need extra support for what’s covered in your contract then we are going to provide an estimate/charge you at our normal hourly rate.

When is support provided?

Our support service is provided during normal business hours (9am-6pm Sunday to Thursday).

How long will we’ve to wait for support?

For our on-site package and hardware support services, we offer a guaranteed next day service and infrequently support is provided within four hours subject to contract.

Clients on the unplanned or remote support services are addressed, as resources are accessible.
Remote support clients get priority over unplanned work.
